This Saturday, the Cosmos look to break a three-match losing streak as they face  @uslchampionship side Hartford Athletic in a 2026 USL Cup match at Hinchliffe Stadium. This match will also be the 2nd Edition of this local🗽tri-state derby. Hartford defeated Cosmos (B team) 2-1 in their inaugural season in 2019, in the second round of the Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup on May 14, 2019.

Hartford's 32 year old veteran defender is one of the top defenders in the USL Championship. The former Cuba international is in his second season with Hartford after two solid seasons with Indy Eleven. He looks to lead his side to an important road victory in Paterson.
